We try our best to ensure that the product pictures, parameter descriptions, size labels, material introductions and function descriptions on the page are true and accurate. This situation belongs to the normal range of industry allowable errors, and shall not be regarded as product quality problems.

Order Submission & Payment Rules

Inventory & Delivery Rules

All products on intexcorpus.it.com are subject to actual inventory. If the product is out of stock after the Buyer completes the payment due to the rapid inventory change, the Platform will take the initiative to contact the Buyer, and provide two solutions: full refund or replacement of similar products. The Buyer can choose to accept the solution independently. Return, Refund & After-Sales Rules

The Buyer shall not apply for return and refund in violation of the return rules, or deliberately damage the goods to maliciously apply for after-sales compensation. For product quality problems within the warranty and return range, the Platform will fulfill the after-sales obligations in accordance with the policy.

Buyer's Obligations & Platform Rights

The Buyer shall abide by national laws, regulations and network transaction rules when conducting transactions on the Platform, and shall not use the purchased products for illegal, criminal and other improper purposes. The Buyer shall take good care of the goods after receiving them, and use the products in accordance with the product manual and usage specifications.

The Platform has the right to: adjust product information, price and promotional activities; optimize website functions and page layout; verify abnormal orders and user behaviors; refuse to provide services for users who violate platform rules and these purchase terms; update all platform public policies and rules in a timely manner.

Term Amendment & Jurisdiction

The Platform has the right to revise and update these Terms of Purchase according to business development and legal requirements. The revised terms will be published on the website page and take effect automatically. The Buyer's continued use of the Platform's transaction services means acceptance of the new terms. All transaction disputes arising from the use of this Platform shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first. If the negotiation fails, the disputes shall be settled in accordance with the relevant legal provisions. The final interpretation right of these Terms of Purchase belongs to intexcorpus.it.com.
